If for any reasons you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, you can return it within 30 days of receipt. For details to return please contact our Customer Support Team.
If for some reason your order didn't show up or got damaged - we will issue an immediate replacement or refund as per your request. You should also check your local exportation laws regarding the products you are buying from us; some places might disallow such an export.
If for any reason the order does not arrive within 20 BUSINESS days (Please NOTE we do not count Saturdays and Sundays) or if you were notified by customs that your package was stalled or returned to the sender, please immediately E-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org we will gladly reimburse you with another product of the same value or issue you a full refund as per your wish.
If you change your mind you may cancel the order BEFORE it has been shipped by sending us an e-mail message. We will do a refund to your credit card asap.
